(hereinafter SAFE PROPTECH), domiciled at Calle Zamora 187, Colonia Condesa, Cuauhtémoc, Postal Code 06140, Mexico City, Mexico, informs you that your personal data provided for the execution of the contract to which this document is annexed will be treated confidentially under the highest levels of care and confidentiality. The purpose is to provide, operate, and register the products or services contracted, as well as to fulfill related obligations.
Purposes of the Processing of Personal Data.
The personal data of our clients will be used for the following purposes:
1. The information that originates and is necessary for the existence, maintenance, and fulfillment of the legal relationship between SAFE PROPTECH and the USER, such as: providing the requested services or products; procedures, processes, and/or documents for granting, contracting, and operating the various products and services that SAFE PROPTECH offers; fulfilling obligations related to the contracted product or service; inquiries and reporting to Credit Information Societies; extrajudicial and/or judicial collection; and fraud prevention or detection of other illicit activities affecting SAFE PROPTECH and/or the USER.
2. For purposes of evaluating the quality of products or services; and providing advisory, statistical, advertising, promotional, marketing, telemarketing, or commercial prospecting services for products or services through any material or electronic means.
3. If the USER submits an additional or complementary request via the website, SAFE PROPTECH will process it to provide a response within a period not exceeding 20 (twenty) business days.
When can we collect your confidential information?.
SAFE PROPTECH will collect personal data through the following methods:
1. When the USER enters our website or visits SAFE PROPTECH offices and/or in case our representatives visit the user’s home or business to follow up on a request or process related to hiring any of our services.
2. If the user wishes to contract our financial services, participate in our promotions, offers, contests, programs, or benefits, either through our website or via telephone.
3. Through another commercially available source of information permitted by law, or when necessary, when such information is provided by the account holder for the provision of any of our services.
Personal Data to be Collected In accordance with the aforementioned, SAFE PROPTECH may collect the following personal data: identification, location, academic, migratory, labor, asset, credit, and financial information.
Rest assured that the data collected by SAFE PROPTECH will be treated with utmost caution and integrity, following the highest standards of security and quality.
Purpose of Personal Data Processing
All your personal data will be used for advisory, contracting, commercialization, and operation of requested services and products; risk identification in contracting; product design; benefit acquisition; access to discounts; market studies; insurance contracting for real estate leasing; credit history information; service charge collection; notifications of condition changes; clarifications and complaints management; judicial processes; extrajudicial and/or judicial collection of outstanding debts. Additionally, it will be used to address legal mandates from competent authorities and, in general, for any internal procedures necessary for SAFE PROPTECH to fulfill each and every obligation contracted with its clients.

Legitimacy for the Processing and Retention of Data.
The processing of personal data provided by the USER is carried out based on the following legal grounds that justify it:
1. Compliance with the contractual obligation of the information request made by the USER, for which the USER’s data is necessary.
2. The provided personal data will be retained for a period of 10 (ten) years from the date the last request from the interested party is received. In the case of personal data provided for USER registration on the website, these will be stored until the USER decides to close their account or exercises their right to object or request deletion.
3. The sending of requested electronic communications or newsletters, as well as, when applicable, satisfaction surveys. The provided personal data will be retained until the USER requests revocation of their consent or wishes to delete their personal data.
4. Consent given by the USER at the time of subscription or by checking the corresponding boxes in the data collection forms. The provided personal data will be retained until the USER requests the revocation of their consent or wishes to delete their personal data.
5. Consent provided for processing requests for consultation, information, and complaints. The provided personal data will be processed until the request is resolved, with a maximum retention period of three (3) years from the date of collection, following the responsibilities derived from data processing. Free and informed consent is required, and through this Privacy Notice, the USER is informed about the purpose and use of their data. If the USER does not agree with this, they must communicate it through a statement sent to SAFE PROPTECH. Otherwise, their acceptance will be considered valid. The data will be retained until the USER requests the revocation of their consent or wishes to delete their personal data.
USER’s Responsibility
The USER declares and guarantees that the provided personal data is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and agrees to notify SAFE PROPTECH of any changes or modifications affecting the provided information by sending an email to juridico@safeproptech.com, identifying themselves as the USER and specifying the information that needs to be modified.
The USER is solely responsible for any damages, whether direct or indirect, caused to SAFE PROPTECH or any third party due to the inaccuracy or falsity of their personal data. If the USER collects data from third parties, they must ensure that they have previously obtained express and informed consent and assume full responsibility.
The USER has the right to request and exercise their rights regarding their personal data, including limiting its use or disclosure and exercising access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition rights. Additionally, they can request information about how their data is processed and revoke their consent for its transfer.
You may limit the use and disclosure of your personal data through the following means:

Data Transfer

ARCO Rights
You have the right to request access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (ARCO Rights) regarding the processing of your information.
To ensure the protection of your data and comply with applicable legal provisions, we have established the following procedure for handling such requests:
1. Request Submission

The request must contain:
- Client’s name and, if applicable, their legal representative.
- Document proving identity (INE, passport, etc.).
- Email address to communicate the response to the request.
- Clear and precise description of the right the user wishes to exercise (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition).
- Any other element that facilitates the location of personal data.
2. Acknowledgment of Receipt
Once SAFE PROPTECH receives the ARCO Rights request (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition), an acknowledgment of receipt must be sent to the USER within a maximum of 20 (twenty) business days, counted from the day after the request was received.
3. Request Evaluation
Once the ARCO Rights request (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition) is received, SAFE PROPTECH will conduct an evaluation process to determine its validity.
This analysis is essential to ensure that the request meets applicable legal requirements and can be addressed properly.
4. Request Resolution
Once the ARCO Rights request (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition) has been reviewed, SAFE PROPTECH must issue a resolution determining its validity, the actions to be taken, and the estimated time for completion.
- Valid Request: The request is accepted, and the user is informed about the actions to be taken, as well as the implementation timeline.
- Access: The requested information is provided to the user.
- Rectification: Inaccurate data is corrected, and the user is notified of the update.
- Cancellation: Personal data is deleted in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Opposition: The use of personal data is suspended in cases where it applies.
- Partially Approved Request: Only part of the request is accepted, and the reason why the rest cannot be fulfilled is justified.
- Rejected Request: The request is denied with a clear and precise explanation of the legal reasons preventing its fulfillment.
5. Notification of the Response
SAFE PROPTECH must notify the applicant of its resolution within 20 (twenty) business days in Mexico, with the possibility of an extension.
The response must be sent via the same method in which the request was submitted, unless the USER explicitly indicates another preferred contact method.
6. Implementation of the Action
If the request is valid, SAFE PROPTECH must carry out the necessary actions, and the USER will be notified once the requested actions have been completed.
7. Closure and Record-Keeping
- The request is archived with evidence of the response and actions taken.
- Internal records are updated to ensure regulatory compliance and prevent improper processing in the future.
Security Measures.
The collected personal data will always be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, limited exclusively to the established purposes, and in accordance with data minimization and restriction principles. Additionally, all collected personal data will be treated with absolute confidentiality, maintaining the necessary levels of secrecy to protect them. SAFE PROPTECH is committed to implementing the organizational and security measures needed to safeguard personal data, considering the type of data, its processing, storage, associated risks, and the technologies involved.
